Because of F&W regulations it is too expensive to ship them out of the USA
 

Whole Unworked Green Abalone Shells (Haliotis Fulgens)
These are not quite large enough for us to use to make the size and thickness blanks (1.5mm) we like to sell.  
They are able to produce 1mm thick blanks with good color.
Many luthiers like to keep some whole shells in the shop to show customers where the inlay materials come from.
They also make good soap dishes, candy dishes or ash trays if you put some small self sticking rubber feet on the bottom.
