We can take your orders or answer your questions from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on the first & third Saturday of each month. (Pacific Time Zone) At this time we can accept orders on line or by phone, e-mail and regular mail. Use your credit card if you like, but do not send credit card numbers by e-mail. If orders are placed by phone we can tell you immediatly if the product(s) you need are in stock. If you choose to place an order by e-mail or regular mail please include your phone number so we can contact you if a product is on back-order. Many of our products are made in limited quantities by hand and others are by special order making back-orders a regretful possibility. Most orders shipped within the USA arrive in 2 to 4 days,
International orders often arrive in 7 to 14 days but can take up to 6 weeks depening on the customs delay in the receiving country.
Sorry to say there is nothing we can do about that.
Most orders are shipped at the prices listed in the table, however if the package will be very heavy we may need to charge you more. We only use the U.S. Post Office. For overseas orders we only ship directly from our Viet Nam Distribution Office in Saigon or the Workshop near Hanoi. More expensive method FedEx quick but very expensive. Most shipments via FedEx cost from $50.00 to $75.00 For FedEx shipping we charge your invoice $80.00 and refund any unused amount after shipping is complete. We will send you a scan of the FedEx invoice with tracking number as well as the cost converted to US Dollars. There are often delays in international shipping due to the customs office in each country. Sorry to say we have no control over this. For US irders if you request insurance you must order with a credit card and we will bill you for the shipping after the product's have been shipped so that we will know the exact cost. You will receive another invoice for the shipping cost with a scan of the billing from the post office. You may see the cost of shipping to you is higher than the actual cost of post office billing as we ship at flat rates that cover average costs. This is because we cover many un-seen shipping costs in these flat rates that are a big part of getting our products to you. Those costs include the price we have to pay for Shipping our products to the US Office and the needed Fish & Wildlife Inspection Fees. Other costs include, but are not limited to boxes, shipping tape, shipping our products from our workshop to our inventory location. We also cover the cost of shipping the best quality shells from around the world to our work shop in Viet Nam.
Regular mail is OK for orders as is e-mail, but include your phone number and/or e-mail address so we can contact you if needed. We accept Check, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex Credit Cards for payment. Orders paid with Credit Card Or Paypal will go out the same day if ordered before 3PM. We look forward to helping you with your inlay needs ! |
