These shells have been going up in cost (Up to eight times as much) as have most shells over the past few years.  Because of this we can no longer hold out on raising the prices.  It is because of the replacement cost that we have raised prices.  We also no longer offer pounds at a discount.

Each pictures shows one ounce of Gold MOP blanks.

Because it is more dense than abalone you get less coverage per ounce.

Color through blanks will have the color throughout most of the blank.

This means there is less chance of sanding through the color layers.

Sunburst Blanks come in Mixed Sizes.

Color through isonly available in #1 size blanks.

Color through means that at least a part of the blank will have color going all the way through.

The strong color is just under the outer bark (Crust) of the shell, but does not go through all of the pearls thickness. Same story for the Black MOP blanks
