We can take your orders or answer your questions from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday. thru Friday. and from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on the first & third
Saturday of each month. (Pacific Time Zone)
At this time we can accept orders by phone, e-mail and by regular mail.
Use your credit card if you like, but do not send credit card numbers by e-mail. If orders are placed by phone we can tell you immediatly if the product(s) you need are in stock.
If you choose to place an order by e-mail or regular mail please include your phone number so we can contact you if a product is on back-order. Many of our products are made in limited quantities by hand and others are by special order making back-orders a regretful
possibility.
Best method of payment for quicker service are payments via credit cards or PayPal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you should think about getting one;

You can choose regular first class mail for small orders that are under $50.00 and do not require a large box, such as when you are just ordering some dots or an ounce of shell blanks.
Cost for this form of shipping & handling is $2.50 and takes up to 7days for delivery.
